Class packs
Sell 5 or 10 classes up front. Regulars book with their pack's code and the count goes down.
Make a pack once (how many, the price, which offerings it covers and how long it lasts) and it's on sale from your booking page. Each offering it covers shows "or 10 for $400" under its price.
A cancellation puts the place back on the pack, so nobody loses a class to a change of plans.
