Closed days
Close a day, or a stretch of them, and nothing can be booked on it. Bookings already there get looked after.
Pick "Close this day" on the calendar, or add dates in Settings. If people are already booked, you choose: call those times off (with refunds, or letting guests pick another time) or keep them.
Closed days show hatched on your calendar so you never double-book a holiday.
