Credit for late cancellations
Past your cancel window, let guests cancel for credit or half back, instead of not at all.
Choose what happens after your window in Settings → Cancellations: can't cancel, credit, or half refunded. Credit comes back as a gift card for another booking, so the money stays with you.
Guests see exactly what they'll get before they cancel, and each booking keeps the rule it was made under.
