Walk-ins and past bookings
Someone at the door? Tap Now in New booking and they're booked and checked in, email or not.
New booking starts with a Now chip for the person in front of you, and you can pick a date in the past to record a booking you took on paper.
No email? Leave it blank: walk-ins go under one Walk-in guest who's never emailed, and still count on your roster.
